Return Policy

• We gladly accept return of all eligible products no later than 7 days from the original ship date.
• Ineligible products for return include: worn or damaged items, altered packaging/product, discontinued, closeout, and last call items, opened hair care items, charity donations, and shipping protection.
• *Please note, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid label.
