1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • The original packaging, tags, and all accessories must be included.
  • Clearance items, final sale items, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. International Returns

  • For international orders, the return process is the same; however, we do not cover return shipping costs for international returns. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
